The SPIE PHOTONICS WEST will be held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, USA, from February 5-7. The exhibition will be organized by the International Society of Optical Engineering (SPIE), who are the global authority of optoelectronic and laser applications.
This exhibition is a global indicator photoelectric exhibition. It will involve high-end technical seminars and paper publication, as well as new product presentations to highlight the global optoelectronic technology trend. During the three-day exhibition period, 23,000 professionals are expected to participate, more than 1,300 exhibitors and more than 200 product presentations will be held. 5,000 papers will be published, covering a range of topics such as biomedical, laser, and optoelectronics micro-manufacturing, optical micro-electromechanical, and more.
In order to actively assist Taiwanese companies to seize opportunities in the US optoelectronics market, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, International Trade Bureau of commissioned Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) to organize such research as Jasper Display, Asia Optical, YOUNG Optics, Wavetek Microelectronics, Hong-Ming Technology, Turning Point Laser and Center for Micro/Nano Science and Technology NCKU. These 7 exhibitors, will display various optical materials and components such as, optical lenses, MicroLED display, wavelength-tunable light source system, Microlens array, high power fiber laser module and micro/Nano inspection and analysis service.
In today’s technological world modern life and technology are intertwined. Optoelectronic application technology products are everywhere in our daily life, such as lighting, smart phones, car networking, fiber optic communications, etc. Emerging technologies in the field of optical electronics promote the vigorous development of the global technology industry. TAITRA will Continue to assist Taiwan suppliers to develop business opportunities in the North American market and expand their optical application market.
